Subject: More information about Big Bear Lake Libary Problems.
After writing the blog I have come up with another reason for the Library Problem of blocking blogs and blocking me from sending email. The details can be found in the emails regarding my Federal court case.

The emails span a time range of about 5 months. 12-8-05, 4-13-06
Emails connect Discovery Center employee Mary Treloar and others to keep a file on Carl G. Mueller. Mary Treloar later was hired and worked at the Big Bear Lake Library. She was at the Library during my court proceedings.
It’s very possible the Big Bear Lake Library used the McCain letter to have the Patriot Act block my blogs from being viewed on Library computer web sites and have my email usage blocked also.
Tab 5-f is the John McCain letter and the Dept of Agriculture Attorney has no explanation for the letter except saying:
11-15-05, Letter from Carl G. Mueller to Senator John McCain, Source Helaine Cross. The letter only shows that the letter was emailed to the sender, me. BC or CC are not shown.
At the end of the letter under my name it shows blogger profile address
containing the McCain letter and others.

Email Tap 5-e Dec.16, 2005. Email sent by Discovery Center Director, Denis R. Thomas, then forwarded instructing Mary Treloar and other supervisors saying “I hope you’re keeping a file on this guy. I don’t recall every having this conversation with him!”
The conversation Thomas refers to was written about in my 12-15-2005 letter to Thomas and others at the San Bernardino Sun Newspaper:

The 12-15-2005 letter was sent as an attachment with the forwarded Dec.16-05 email.
During this time Thomas then worked for the San Bernardino National Forest Association and not the forest Dept. according to Thomas’ 04-13-06 email to me. Tab 5-a.
